Kazuhiro Ikeda is currently General Manager, Innovation Division at SEI Automotive Europe, where he founded the research and innovation department of Sumitomo Electric in Europe. For more than 14 years, he has been working in different R&D positions at Sumitomo Electric. Prior to this, Kazuhiro was a researcher at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) in Japan focusing on power electronics and electrics. He holds a PhD from the University of Tokyo, his main fields of research being E/E, Solid state physics and chemistry.
