Since 2015, Dr. Ron Melz has worked at Audi and held the following roles, Director of Processes/Methods/Tools/AI for Highly Automated / Autonomous Driving, Head of Method Development and Artificial Intelligence for Automated Driving, Senior Manager Architecture, Advanced and Concept Development Automated Driving, Manager Development Front Camera and Image Processing.

Prior to that he has held senior software engineering positions at Airbus Defence and Space Manching, TechConnect GmbH.

He is a Postgraduate at the Institute of Computer Science, Leipzig University, Germany

Pop in my job: my mission is to contribute to safely automated mobility:

• track of records in military airborne software development (risk class 1)
• education in electrical engineering and computer science
